the pool was acceptable for a quick dip.
The room service was slow. i ordered a club sandwich that took almost an hour to arrive, and it was cold. also, the gym equipment seemed a bit dated. The treadmill screen flickered annoyingly.

The location is great and the staff is so friendly. Khun Korn was very helpful at the front desk. Our housekeeper, Nham, did a great job keeping our room tidy. The pool bar had a nice atmosphere. Noona made delicious cocktails (I especially liked the margaritas!).
The gym is small, with only a few machines, so it can get crowded during peak hours. I wish it had more equipment.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist with any request. They greet everyone with a smile and are quick to offer help or recommendations, really nice.

The breakfast buffet had many choices, including both Western and local dishes. Fresh fruit and pastries were available, too. The Praca restaurant offered excellent cuisine. I recommend trying the seafood.

The rooms include a separate rainfall shower I appreciate. There are also two separate sinks which are helpful. I saw the gym has three treadmills. It had two stationary bikes too.

The breakfast was delicious. It had a wide variety of options to choose. The hotel grounds are kept well. The location is perfect. IT WAS so close to the beach. The staff members were always cheerful and greeted us with a smile every day.
The music around the pool on the weekend was quite loud. This made relaxing a little difficult at times. Otherwise, MY stay was great.
